can i turn off 5ghz on aspire v5

issue:due to having internet that requires long in to connect i use connectify to use several devices. with other computers there is no issue but when i use my acer i have issues with devices not connecting. the internet i use seems to sometimes connect with 5ghz and other times connect 2.4  the issue is some devices do not support 5ghz. with my other computer i was able to go into device manager and change the wireless mode. i do not see that option on the acer though.

question: so my question is does anyone know how to shut off 5ghz so it only connects using 2.4 ghz on a aspire v5 with a Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter?
