bonjour sur mon aspire switch 10 sw5-012 mon bluetooth se deconnecte après quelques secondes, jai installé le dernier driver mais cela ne fonctionne pas, une solution ou je dois acheter une clé usb bluetooth ?

    If I understand correctly you are having BT disconnect issues after a few seconds. Let's see if we can figure that out for you:

     

    Has this issue occurred since purchase of the unit?

    Did this issue occur after Windows updates? If so, have you attempted a system restore to when it was working correctly?

    Have you tried a refresh to see if that resolves the issue?

    Bonjour le bluetooth soi déconnecté sans savoir quelle raison versez DEPUIS l'achat.

     

    Le denier pilote realtek de novembre 2014 ne fonctionne pas correctement

    • I'd like to have you attempt a system restore to when it was working correctly, if possible, November is a ways back so that might not be possible. If not, I'd like to have you try a refresh to see if that resolves the issue.
    • If that fails, the next step would be a restore to factory defaults and test the BT in the native operating system environment.
