You may check if you are able to use the keyboard at the windows login screen.

If the keyboard works at windows login screen proceed with the below steps.

From the login screen, click the power icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

While holding Shift key down on your keyboard, click Restart.

After selecting option Troubleshoot, select Advance options.

Select System Restore to restore the OS to an earlier date and time.

After the restore processes is completed, you would be able to login into your computer and use the Apps successfully.

If the keyboard does not works at windows login screen

    Please restart the computer.

When the Acer logo appears on the screen (As soon as computer powers on), press and hold the the left Alt key  and tap the F10 key.

Select Keyboard Layout (United States English).

Please select Troubleshoot > select Advance options.

Select System Restore to restore the OS to an earlier date and time.
