Hi guys,

Im having issues with this unit, well the first one was resolved by having a replacement. now the replacement unis worked like a charm before this issue happened.

Im having limited connection every time i connect to my home wifi

-no updates done, no additial hw and sw, not sure about windows update if it was the causes, well i had an update yesterday it was samsung electorinic and one failed which was KB000850, checked the update history it wasnt there,  and thats the only changes on my unit

-as a reference, i reinstalled driver but not delete all drivers just a refresh

-and i was about to do removed the driver complete before reinstalling an updated driver from the website if there is, oh and i tried doing system restore but not refresh and reset, just system restore, still the same

i disbaled my av

-i went to safemode with network,  so i can check if this is a HW or SW issue, well still the same, then what i did, i set my i settings to manual, and it works,

-went back to normal mode, turned on my av, did same settings on my IP, and it works

-well its good for me as of now since, i found out that my wifi card still works, and i dont have to send the unit for repair and will save a month of having jobless life, yeah i use this unit for my work

-now i have 2 days to get help from the forum how to fix days or ill have to get used to set my ip settings manually every time i go back to my office, home and clients EVERYDAY

-oh by the way i was a tech support and this a call driver on LENOVO, this particular wireless card especially lenovo's G series laptops

    E5-411-C9T0-RED,

The options are pretty limited for this issue.

    1. If the issue did not exist before a Windows update, you can do a system restore and roll it back to before the update and work forward from there.
    2. You can try to download the driver we have listed on our support site and try to reinstall it.
