A3 A20 screen protection

I;m on my second Acer tablet an A3 A20, my first an A3 A10 died after 6 months, with the new one I think I read somewhere that the screen is supposed to be better, do I really need to put on one of those plastic screen protector sheets ?

The screen resolution is better and its suppose to be anti-fingerprint coated but trust me it isn't I have the iconia tab 8 which is suppose to be the same thing but its not, at the same time I wouldn't get a screen protector because those don't work against prints like the description says they do but its your choice.
