Hello my touch screen isnt working?

I just got it few months back?

What should I do?

    In this case, it is first advised to check if the touch functionality is enabled on your screen. To check this, you can follow the steps below:
    1. Click 'Start' and then 'Control Panel'.
    2. Click 'Hardware and Sound' and then 'Pen and Touch'.
    3. In the dialogue box that opens, select the 'Touch' tab.
    4. See if the 'Use your finger as input device' checkbox is ticked. If not, then tick the checkbox.
    5. Click 'OK' to confirm and close the dialogue box.

     

    If the issue still persists, you can consider reinstalling the latest touch-screen drivers on your computer. To do this, follow the instructions below:
    1. Go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
    2. Type Aspire S7-393 in the box below 'Search by Product Model' and click 'Search'. Your product details will come up on the screen.
    3. Select your operating system appropriately from the drop-down menu besides 'Operating System'.
    4. Go to 'Drivers' tab and download the latest touch-screen drivers for your model.
