Aspire S5 391 Limited Internet

I just received my brand new Acer Aspire S5-391.  Upon configuring my computer I noticed that I was unable to access the internet.  When I looked closer, I realized that I was connected in a limited capacity and that I had no internet access due to an unidentified network despite the fact that all of my other computers are able to connect.  After browsing numerous forums regarding this topic, I have tried a number of different suggestions that have all failed to allow me to connect.  Most recently I have tried upgrading my wireless network drivers to .217.v3; however, this too has been unsuccessful.  This problem is absolutely ridiculous given that the notebook is brand new and all of my other computers work without problem.

Some help with this matter would be appreciated.

I have the S7 and have the same problem. According tothe forms it looks like the S7 and S5 have the same issues.  I haven't  been able to find any fixes.  I even called Acer and got someone in India that couldn't speak English very well and was usless.  I paid a ton of money for the S7 and this is what I got. A computer that won't stay conneccted to the internet and no fix. Also did speed test on S7 and found my cell phone is faster wifi then the computer. Way to go Acer!1
