Acer Aspire V 15 fans won't start (again)

I've posted yesterday about my Acer Aspire V 15 VN7-591G-757V not starting it's fans when under load, causing it to overheat. Updating the chipset driver and reinstalling the acer power management somehow fixed the problem for two restarts, but today I had the same problem again. Here is the old thread for more information.

have you downloaded any windows update between the 2 reboot?

have you run any registry or file cleaner?

Probably a BIOS update can be a good thing to try but....don't do it, since on Acer support website there are 2 identical files and i don't know the difference between them.

Can you check on Device manager, clicking on view tab and enabling show hidden devices, if any yellow exclamation mark is present?

press windows key logo + x

    select Device manager

No updates, no cleaning, no exclamation marks..

I even just did a factory reset, thinking I might have mistook some important program for bloatware and it still wasn't fixed..

Just phoned Acer, they said the fan switch probably has a defect and told me to send it in or get a replacement Smiley Sad

    Thanks for your effort though.
