Need correct drivers for Veriton M265

Hello - I'm in a bit of a bind here.  I have an Acer Veriton M265 with WinXP Pro.  We had an extended NBD warrantee which ran out 28 days ago.  Today, I'm facing having to install a new HDD.  I'd planned to use a fresh current image up on the NAS.  Now, I did use eRecovery at system deploy.  But for ongoing backups, I used Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011 to produce a fresh current image of the failing drive.  My problem is with the drivers for the NIC.  Let me explain.

To do a full bare metal recovery, SSR uses a WinPE boot CD.  It boots a mini-copy of Windows, just enough software to go to the backup soure, and apply the last backup or in my case image.  But SSR needs the network to do this with the NAS.  SSR fails to find the correct NAS driver but offers an opportunity for me to "point" to the correct driver.  I would do that except I cannot find it.  On the failing drive, I did find at C:\Windows\DRV\ four folders labeled:  LAN0, LAN1, LAN2 and LAN3.  I was able to point SSR to each folder and select the .inf from within each.  Each .inf was succesfully loaded but there was still no network.  I don't think these are the correct drivers.

I tried calling Acer today for some information.  They refused.  First, you never get to talk to a person unless the warrantee is current.  Answers-by-Acer was insisting I pay a fee.  I felt that wasn't quite fair - I wasn't asking for repairs or parts or a big long dragged out phone session.  I simply wanted to know where the driver was for the NIC.  I did try a driverset downloaded from RealTek.  But the only one that was appropriate in their listing turned out to be for 64bit OSs.

Can someone please tell me where the correct driver for the RealTek PCI-e GBE Family Controller is on a Veriton M265?

Hope someone can help me....
