can i adjust settings (aspire m5) for a better touch screen responsiveness and display?

Good day.

I have two touch screen laptops. One Envy Touchsmart and the Acer Aspire M5. When comparing both with the same hd video, it seems to me that the Acer is displaying the colors poorer than the HP even when the regular brightness setting is the same on both. Apart from this, the responsiveness is less in the Acer, once again, when compared to the HP. Are there any settings to adjust and make these options better? Do I need to download any drivers / firmwares?

Thanks in advance for your time.

You can recalibrate your touch settings, but I'm not sure that is going to accomplish anything for your situation.

You are comparing two different manufacturers and hardware set ups.  There are going to be differences.

You also do not list the specific models of each of these systems.

There are multiple models which cover a wide range of hardware.
