Boot disk error ACER AXC100

GREETINGS TO THE COMMUNITY-ACER RELATING THIS ROBLEM... MY PC is a ACER AXC100-SD308, and leaves the problem related with the user e661e out Sun Media's disk hard and unit of DVD and NO start by no LOS 2, I have memories USB with different media BOOTABLE HIREN BOOT CD, UBUNTU LINUX, WINDOWS XP and WINDOWS 7 and treatment of boot by means F12 that is the MENU of selection to initialize by USBNEITHER LEAVES THE MENU, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS CASE THAT I CANNOT RECOVER MY COMPUTER. YOU THANK THE TECHNICAL BODY AND SUPPORT ON LINE OF ACER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. BLESSINGS. SORRY...

    The solution was as follows.

     

    1. Start BIOS with Supr or Del.
    2. First go to Authentication and Secure Boot disabled.
    3. Then they will be Advanced ==> IntegratedPeripherals ==> Legacy USB Support enabled it (ENABLED).
    4. In the Boot Options go where it says Launch CSM in Never passed it to Always.
    5. Finally enabled (ENABLED) the BOOT Menu so that itshows you the key F12 for Boot Menu.
    6. Ready, I hope serve them in the steps I was able to do.Thank you.

    It looks like you posted this in the Español section, but here's what the suggestion there was:

     

    I recommend that you try to restore from Alt + F10. When you turn on your computer constantly press Alt + F10 until the display shows the menu and you proceed with formatting.
