acer z500 flip cover not working, special features like flip wake up doesnt work at all

Got my z500 less than a month ago, it works fine on the first two weeks, I notice that upon purchasing theres a delay on the flip cover when closing and opening it, I just ignore it and thought it that the phone is adjusting. But as I use it day to day I notice that the flip cover is not working already, when I close it doesn’t show the clock and cant browse to change it music player, also when I opened it, it doesn’t wake up even if the flip wake up mode is already activated.

 

What do you think is the problem? Is it the flip cover or is it the phone?

I would recommend you contact the technical support location nearest you and they can possibly test the phone to make sure it's not having an issue.

 

If you feel it's an issue with the flip cover that you are using you can address that with where you purchased it from, unless it was also from Acer, which f that's the case you can discuss that with the support location nearest you as well.
