I bought my new Laptop: ACER Aspire E 15 Touch (E5-571P-590A),Intel Core i5-421OU, 1.7 Ghz, Windows 8.1, 4 GB DDR2L Memory, 500 GB HDD, Intel HD Graphics 4400, up to 1792mb Dynamic Video Memory

on December 23, 2014 from Microsft Store here in the Century City Mall in Los Angeles.

 

I already had a problem earlier this month with blank screen and had to call the Acer Support and they could

not really help me to save all my programs and documents so they walked through me on Re-Installing my

the whole laptop from beginning. It took a long time to reinstall all my necessary programs. And I lost some important

files.

 

I do have Windows Defender & I do windows update regularly.  

 

I just bought a 2tb WD Elements External Storage.

 

I need help (STEPS) on getting BACKUP regularly all my files

and programs on this External Drive.

 

Also, Do I have an option to backup MY WHOLE LAPTOP FILES & PROGRAMS

to ICLOUD? so basically I need step by step on getting the BACKUP OF MY WHOLE COMPUTER?
