Aspire switch 10 locked out

We have had our Acer Aspire Switch 10 for about 2 weeks.  Today we turned it on and entered the password, but when the computer boots up it goes to a blank blue screen.  When we push the sleep button and then turn it back on then swipe up it shows our username, says "locked" and goes back to the blue screen.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like you may have a hard drive password. Can you get into the BIOS/UEFI to check? If not, I would call Acer and they can repair it.

If you are getting to the Windows login there will be two (maybe 3) icons one on the lower right (power) and one on the lower left that vaugely looks like a wheelchair. Select the latter and then turn "high contrast" ON. (this somewhat bypasses the graphics driver). See what happens.
