Complaint.

I called ACER support in sweden and sat in a queue (13sek/min) for a while.

When someone finally answered the person hung up. I suppose it was foolish to call around lunch time…

I think it says a great deal about ACER.

    I'm wondering if you took a moment to post your questions to the appropriate forum on Acer Community?  Here we have hundreds of other customers willing to lend a hand.  The Community is not the best place to voice your concerns regarding a call to our Support team, instead it's the best place for answers.

    Funny you put it like that as there seems to be no place for an actual complaints other than Acer Community. 

    I specifically asked when I chat with you r stuff online.

    I guess it is a good way for Acer to never hear any complaints, just not receive any !
