Acer Z150 wont turn on,red light is flashing

Hi,today my phone suddenly got off(batery was not empty).When put into charge the light was blue.After few hours atempts to power it there was no result.The speed butons down were also blinking no matter put to charge or not.When they were off i put the phone again to charge,waited few minutes and pressed the power plus volume up.The light got red,but still no reaction on the screen.Please,if somebody knows what else i could try let me know.My phone is still new and i love it;(

Have you tried long power button + volume down too?

if you connect the AC charger, you still get blue light or red light?

thanks for the reply.The reaction with power plus volume down is the same.when i press few times power the color changes from red to blue and the oposite.
