Network Issues with ACER E700 E39

Having Worst experience with ACER E39 so far, very frustrating.

 

I bought this Acer E700 trio smartphone recently (India), When i connect device to 3g on SIM3, I'm automatically disconnected from my telecom netowork connection (on Sim1 and Sim2) but the signal strength shown is 100% on scree however the callers get 'Out of Coverage' or 'Phone switched off', sometimes its even worse that even by having the SIM3 offline, I see such issues. power cycling, manually offline and bringing it back on line helps. And one more weird thing is that I dont see an option "software update" under About > Phone.

 

Looks like many ppl complaining about tower issues, no response on the service request I raised with ACER.
