Is there a a Wi-Fi card upgrade available to increases speed to 300Mps?

I do apologize but we do not support that as an upgradeable component of the netbook. Maybe there is a community member that has made this change or attempted and can provide you with their experience.

Here is an explaination about getting up to the 300 Mps level.  Apparently it is the Wifi 802.11N but its tricky to actually get to that level of performance.

So, apparently the card I put up the URL to should, in theory, do that level of performace.  The catch is the bluetooth being active at the same time will apparently slow it down.

 

Now the manufacur says they have special designs to minimize the "cross talk/slow down" issue.

 

So if I had to guess I would say 1) Go for it.  2) Don't be too disappointed if you don't get the full speed increase.
