Can you try to put HDD0 as first device and try to boot or press F12 at boot and choose HDD0 instead of windows boot manager

After moving HDD0 to first, windows boot manager is my only choice.

your BCD issue is really worse than i expected, it looks like a virus or something that deleted the BCD and BCD backup, also it can recreate one.

    as last change:

    https://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/

scroll down to the free version and click to register

on a working PC, install that software and select the option to create a bootable device, then use this bootable device to your PC and try to fix BCD.

if this doesn't work too, i suggest you to backup all your data if you can access.

try to burn an USB or CD with Hiren's boot cd .iso:

    http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/

unzip the file and burn the iso file.

then boot from USB or CD that you burnt, select mini xp and once in the desktop try to recover your files from the C: partition.

then i suggest you to buy the recovery media from Acer shop, wipe completly your HDD and re-install from scratch:

    Acer recovery media
if you are in the US you can buy it:

if you are outside the US, you must call/email your regional Acer support service:
