Hi.

Hope someone can help me.

I bougth a brand new acer aspire es1-512 with windows 8.1, and i figured i try to dual boot it with ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

I did eveything that all the guides said to do, but when i was installing ubuntu it wiped my hdd completely, now everything is gone. Windows 8.1 is gone from the system. Tried to use the "alt+F10" solution, but all that is happening is ubuntu starting. If i dont use "alt+F10" it just say "no bootable device" in startup.

Any ideas to what i should do.

I have used dualboot with ubuntu before. But that was on a acer aspire 7741G with windows 7, and everything worked fine then. How come its not working now?

I tried to search the forums but havent found an answer yet.

My laptop does not have a cd/dvd rom, so i would need a usb boot image of windows 8.1

I realy want to get my original windows 8.1 back.
