Very poor customer service........

Does anyone else experience the rude and abrupt nature of customer service at Acer?  I spoke with Level 2 support today and I believe the agent was the rudest, non-helpful person that I've ever spoken to.  I want the fax number to file an executive complaint if anyone has that.  I'd like to get your feedback.  Peace and happy new year.

    It seems ACER has done a good job for not being bothered by
    customer/client!!!

    I am trying to resolve some problem with my ACER Aspire 3300 BUT when I
    try searching your web site for it "by product" it is not in the list;
    there is only Aspire 3100 and Aspire 3300 ???

    Did you forgot that you sold such a computer ACER Aspire 3300 ???

    AND when I try to contact ACER customer service, there no such link on your
    WEB site.

    It seems you are willing to talk to me if my computer is still under
    warranty but not anymore after it expire!

    You are not interested in returning customer!!!

    Customer Service can be two fold, one good and one bad. Acer has lost my trust as it gave a full demo of what a bad customer service is. I wont hesitate in naming the errant staff including a manager, I will hold off. They demonstrated very poor taste of providing a basic answer. I have two their products and now on they are on my black list. Will never again buy their product. I just asked them to provide a link so I can create a rescue thumb drive for a newly acquired swift 3 laptop. The response I got besides waiting for long time over the phone and then getting an associate to give me horrible CS with an attitude. She even went to the extent of telling me that if I don't like her response, I can hang up and call again. I told her I cant wait again for long. I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor and she put me on hold again for about 15 minutes. The manger comes over the line and he rattles off stating that my email is not working and I should check the junk or wait for half hour to see if my email is received. I have never ever heard of such a poor customer service reposnes. I am not sure if Acer really cares.
