My monitor's will not align next to each other but they are the exact same monitor?

First of all let me start by saying I am talking about the monitor's physically, not the display on them.

 

I bought 2 of the K242HL monitor's just a day ago and I am trying to set them so one is straight in front of me and one is on a slight angle next to it.

 

The problem is I want them to be touching as I don't want a gap between them other than the gap of the monitor frame. It might sound a bit silly but I want my desktop to look good and to be honest the gap between them just makes it look a little odd when using it.

 

For some reason though they just won't align properly to let me do this. When trying to do it the problems I get are either, a gap at the bottom, a gap at the top, tilted to far at the top (which when tilted to align the top end properly ends up making the bottom end become unaligned.)

 

I spent probably around 2 hour's yesterday frustrated and confused trying to figure out why they won't align. Ieven disconnected them both and took the stand's off to make sure it was all fitted correct and one wasn't slighly bigger than the other or something.

 

I have had 2 monitor's in the past which were different but the same size and they aligned perfect without a problem.

 

...I just don't get it.
