I just received my Acer B286HK (4K) display and I love it. However, when I tried to use the PBP (Picture by Picture) mode for 2 different computers, I was presented with 2 small screens side by side. Each screen has the size of a quarter of the display. It seems that the vertical size of the screen cannot be adjusted to make bigger. So, there is about 1/2 of the display real estate left unused. I know that the screen are presented like that to reflect the wide screen format for each computer. But if the vertical size of each screen can be adjusted than the user can have the choice of not having wide screen so that he can make the screen bigger for each computer. For example, for one PC, I may want to have a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024.

So my question is, can the vertical size of each screen be increased to have a larger screen for each source when the display is used in the PBP mode? Otherwise, it would be a big waster of screen real estate. Thanks in advance for the answer(s).

The only settings I know of are found in the OSD settings menu. Select PIP to adjust picture‐in‐picture settings.
