I'm a little late in introducing myself, well okay its more than several months late.The name is mrschmoe. I am from Canada, hailing somewhere from north western Ontario.  I liked using Acer Aspire E1-532-2448, but it served me well. Fortunately I ordered a erecovery USB drive for it, when I hit a snag when updating to windows 8.1. I am also considering in ordering a chromebook from your company as a compliment to my acer laptop.

 

 

By the way, How do I use my USB recovery usb system drive, I seem to to forgot which key to use. I have a feeling that I may use that usb key once again, of which would send me to back windows 8.0. And then upgrade to windows 8.1 afterwards. As a saying goes, life has a way of throwing us to a curve. I don't want to do with my laptop, but I am thinking of upgrading the RAM for this laptop of mine.
