Aspire switch 10 - dock connection issue

So, I've had this problem from some time now. When I put my switch 10 to sleep, and then re-open it, the keyboard is not working anymore, like it has problem recharging drivers. Same issue happens sometime when I use it in tablet mode and then reconnect the dock to it, I've a very hard time trying to make the keyboard and touchpad working again. The fact is that the usb port on the dock doesn't seem to have any problem at all, only the touchpad and the keyboad. I can't figure out if that's a software or an hardware problem.

    post a pic of your device manager with as much tabs openn as you can. i need to see the audio drivers, cpu and the   storage

    ok so you do have the correct drtivers instaled there are 2 options you can try after that 

     

    1.- mak a reset to factory settings.

     

    2.- after making a Windows Update go to Device Manager leave it open and press the symbol with a magnifying glass on it

    this will search for new plug devices next time that happens tap on the symbol and see if it reconnects the keyboard again if that is OKthen it is a driver problem and you have to reset to factory settings if if it doesn't reconnect after pressing that button then it is a hardware problem
