Iconia 6120, dual screen Restore CD'S

Hello, I need some some help so I just ordered the restore discs from Acer and got them but here my problem, the discs not bootable so there is files on the dics but i'm not able to boot from none of them. I have try the first 1 as labeled but it just won't load.

 

PLZ HELP

    I'm having the same issue. The instructions says to load the System Disc first, which I did and still did not work. I went into the Bios by pressing 'F2' when PC is booting up so I can change the boot order, so I changed the CDROM to be #1 and the PC still WILL NOT boot to the System Disc. I compared the system disc from Acer to other Bootable Win7 disc I have and I see the 'Setup' Applications file missing from the System Disc Acer sent. This could be the problem, I don't know.

    This is a common problems it seems like as I've read many blogs of people having the same issue. I'm sure Acer should be aware of this by now as many folks are reporting the same isue over and over again.

     

    I just called the Acer Store again this morning and I've asked them to send me a new set of disc and also asked them to please test the disc and make sure they are bootable before sending them to me. You may want to call them and have them send you a new set.
