Z5101 No Audio

Hi Guys

 

I have been given a Z5101 and I've been using it fine for the alst few weeks. Earlier on I decided to plug some speakers into the right hand side headphone jack for just one song. Since unplugging the jack I get no audio from the unit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the realtek drivers, no joy.

 

It's driving me mental trying to sort this out. Why have the speakers stopped working? Why does this thing seem to think there's something plugged in externally and has stopped sending audio signals to speakers?

 

I do get audio in headphones from either jack, but for some reason it just won't go back to the internal speakers.

right click on the speaker icon near the date and clock, choose playback devices

 

check if internal speaker is available, right click on it and select "set as default device"
