While on the road, I use my C720 USB ports as the primary method to charge my smartphone. But charging takes place only while the laptop is on -- if it's sleeping or off, the USB port will not power attached devices.
For many (non-Chromebook) computers I've owned I've been able to go into the BIOS and change the settings so that USB ports will be powered even when the computer is off.
Is there something similar that can be done with my C720?
