I think the staff tried to resolve my concern, however the problem is the Acer Management. Why would Acer advertise an extended warranty on the Canadian web Site but when I go back to Acer to so order the warranty I'm advised that there is no extended warranty in Canada, only computers sold in the US.
Prior to buying I researched the Acer Aspire 7 392 and the Extended Warranty and that is why I bought it in my home country of Canada. Acer has deceived me as I expected to be able to buy the three year extended warranty but have been the victim of false advertising. Perhaps someone will get back to me or offer a recommended place I can get a warranty
