So, I'm here on a kind of win or lose scenario, because I'm relatively sure that the Forum can't solve this issue as I have already had the screen on Service once (For 1 Month and a full week, fyi), but I disgress.

As the title states, I have an Acer 24" Predator GN246HLBbid 144Hz Gaming Monitor that I bought less than 3 full months ago, of which it has been away for over 1 month, and after I had it on service I got it back last Friday.
TWO (2) days after I got it home, it broke down with the same issue again. This is infuriating, but I made a commitment to myself to keep a civil tone in this post.

So I call again, and the only answer the customer support (most likely outsourced to one of the many callcenters in Sweden) only tells me to send it on repair, again.
No compensation for a screen that will have been away for more than 50% of the time of my first four months of owning it, no help with finding a smart solution (My and basically any business-smart persons idea is to have the store take it back and give me a new monitor while they do the RMA and fix the machine).

So, after a brief yet disheartening story, here are some specs to help you along the way.

OS: Windows 8.1
Well, the issue is permanent so not exactly any specific way to reproduce it. Once I was using the Windows 8.1 splitscreen and the other time I was just browsing the internet.

My patience with Acer products and policies is wearing thin, yet I will hope it works better this time.

Problems can occur to anyone.

    I'm sorry to hear that you just got it back and experiencing another hardware issue. If you have tried this monitor on another device and still get the white screen, I apologize but service will be the only option I can recommend.
