Warranty Issue

The warranty expired on my netbook 1 month ago. I have a case with them where the support told me I could send it. I have lost the information on where to send it. And due to my busy schedule though I forgot to send it in when I spoke with the support team a month ago. IThe status of the case still says it is open though. I need to know if I can still send it in or what I can do about this? I really want to get this computer fixed it hasn't really worked right for the beginning. Thanks Lacey

    Yes, you should still be able to send it.

     

    Where to send it would depend on your region and should be included with any emails or information you recieved for the service.
