[HELP] ASPIRE E1-472G SHIFT KEY NOT WORKING

MY left shift key only work for certain keys but my right shift key doesnt work at all, i tried OSK and when i click the shift and press the key to shift its ok but when i press my right shift doesnt work

Check your keyboard layout. If that isn't it, that key on the keyboard may just be broken. Do the other keys around the shift key have any problems?

My left shift key works for some letters.  My right shift works for some letters.  Neither shift key work for all letters.  How does one check/restore keyboard layout if that is the problem?

Could you please tell us the model of your laptop and the version of OS.

My Acer Aspire 5560G you have to hit the keys two or three times to get them to work and slowly. its like having sticky keys on. also if you press shift to get @ you get " instead and vice verse. any ideas?
