This could be an issue wih the audio port and need to send for service.

You need to change your computer's default sound device from speaker to headphone. To do this, you can follow the steps below:
Important: The steps are applicable for Windows 7 and later. Connect your headphones to your computer before starting with the steps.
    1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard. A "Run" window will come up. In this window, type mmsys.cpl and then click "Ok".
    2. In the window that comes up now, go to "Playback" tab and right-click your headphones.
    3. Now, click "Set as Default Device"
    4. To select your headphones as the default device for recording as well, go to "Recording" tab, then right-click your headphones, and then click "Set as Default Device"
    5. Click "OK" to save changes.
