Acer Liquid E3 Duo Bluetooth drops and low mic level

Hi there,

here's my phone details :

Android : 4.2.2

Build number : acer- AV052-E380-1.016.00-EMEA-GEN1

 

Bluetooth device : Open Insignia Car Radio

 

Bluetooth Drop :

I loose BT pairing between Liquid E3 and the Car radio during calls. 

On the radio display I have a warning message saying no phone available, but the E3 still keeps the communication.

No way to dasactivate BT on the phone to make it available again, the button is not active, only a phone reboot allow to get bluetooth again (and you will get BT drops again when calling).

I have also the Liquid E2, no problem at all in this car, but the E3 is a real disaster. 

 

Mic Level :

No problem of Mic level when using the phone normally, but mic level is very low when using a wired hand free headphone (the one provided with the E3 or another brands), it like talking 2 meters from the mic.Same problem with Bluetooth, mic level is very low. 

 

Hope will get some help here, I was very satisfyed with my E2, but too much problems with this one.

I think that shortly we will receive kitkat update. so probably (at least) bluetooth issue will be resolved.

Hope that we will receive it soon, I cannot use my phone while driving.

Any idea of how to make the mic level higher ?
