Liquid Express USB driver file doesn't have a setup.exe file!?

Downloaded the usb driver files and it doesn't have a setup.exe file.

 

A query to Acer brought the response:

 

"I understand your concern. However, as your query seems to be software related, unfortunately we do not have expertise for software issues as we are hardware technicians. I request you to contact Acer premium support on 0906 706 8000 - UK (calls cost 00.50£ per minute). This department is well trained on software issues and have expertise to resolve your query."

 

Seriously!?

 

They provide incomplete files then want to charge me to sort it out!?

 

Any ideas?
