Hello... I have an Acer Aspire model 5750G , with this hardware configuration:

CPU:  Intel Core I5 - 2410M 2.3 GHz,    with Turbo Bost up to 2.9 GHz ,

GPU:  NVIDIA Geforce GT 540M with 1024MB,     up to 3765 MB Turbo Cache ,

Integrated Video Adapter:  Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (2938808 KB) ,

Monitor:  LG Philips LP156WH2-TLEA [15,6'' LCD]

Memory:  6GB DDR3 ,

HDD:  750 GB

Li-Ion Battery: 6 Cell.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Edition,  my graphics card and all the drivers and programs ar up to date. The problem that I notice and experience is that my notebook temperature is very high especialy when I play games.  I'm using the program AIDA64 to check temperatures and for example:   Just when I start my CPU's the temperatures are at 38 - 42 °C , when I'm in Idle whithout doing nothing are at 47 - 53°C , when I'm doing things rises at 55 - 68°C and when I'm playing games it goes to 83 - 94°C.  My GPU temperatures are: when starts  35 - 40°C , in Idle 42 - 46°C , on medium at 45 - 52°C, and when gaming 78 - 86°C.   The keyboard it becomes hot and on the left side and the mouse pad is very hot too. The ventilation is good i think because the fan is working a lot. A lot of games from time to time are flickering or freezing and I don't know what to do.

I have this Acer Aspire from about 3 years, and it goes hot from the beggining, when I was playing games like Crysis, my keyboard and touch pad it becomes hot, but I don't remember if I had experienced problems like freezing when I was playing games or is just in my head. I don't know if those are normal temperatures , and if not I don't know how to do. And I want to ask an experienced person or , people that know if is normal to act with those temperatures. I was reading about cooling supports , or cleaning but I don't know if that is the problem, because I was protecting my laptop when is shut down with a cover, and I don't know if dust is or other. My laptop acts normaly , just in games is overheating and from time to time. I just have experienced this issue and I want to know if those temp's are a  problem, or is just in my imagination. Please help with answers... and thank you !!!
