Z5/150 black screen problem solved!!

I actually solved my own problem.  Amazing since I am no techy.

After asking for customer support, there were three hyperlinks listed under the phrase 'perhaps one of thes can help you immediately'  and I didn't get to click on one until I read the confirmation that my message was actually sent from my Gmail account. 

Here was the one that actually helped, it was the only one that dealt with black screen.  Maybe everybody knows this, it was too easy. 

 

Here is the link, and disregard that it is instruction for a tablette.  It worked for me and you have nothing to lose by trying.
