Add me to your list, Fault started after first day.

I first thought it started after installing office 2010 or classic shell but it still persists after uninstalling both.

Freezes randomly either at login , startup during use or not at all clears after 10 - 30 seconds.

Shame I do not want to return it for a refund as it is a very good machine.

at first ithought it was software issue, so i tried to download some possible drivers. however, later on i recognize that must be hardware issue. i don't know what to do. i dont want to let my brand new laptop to customer care service. In Vietnam this department work like **bleep**.

I can't understand how it can be a hardware issue since the short term solution is a 100% software one.

Hi there. I had installed win7 first and it experienced the issue so i decided to install win8 later which i thought it would be suitable for hardware system to search for a touch pad driver automatically (in device manager) . However, it is as bad as ever. I searched for dozen of touch pad drivers but the issue hasn't been solved yet. So i can only blame on the sensitive of the touch pad not its drivers.

If your laptop has it fixed by a driver, you're so lucky. But I surely confirm. SOFTWARE SOLUTION IS ACTUALLY USELESS.

Mine went back for repair for three times. first time replaced bios and cable, second time connected the touchpad and third time they fixed it without telling what was wrong.

Only option to get this fixed is sending it back for repair.
