Acer S7 Issues (Fan, WiFI)

I have considerable technical experience with hardware, college degree and all that yada yada. The only thing i can think of that is wrong with my fan is the bearings. If this is the case, as I think it is as I have tried lubricating it with silicone, cleaning every single bit of dust out of it, even taking it apart and putting it back together. I noted that the axis was slightly off while spinning which makes me think it is a bearing, or the other possibility is that it spins so fast the wobble causes it to scratch the fan case, making the noise.

It seems to be that this is a wide problem for Acer S7-391's... along with a multitude of other problems I have noticed with mine. I am going to say, I am disapointed in Acer. My first ever computer was an Acer desktop, with a super fast single core 1.0ghz processor! It ran like a champ for years, not one single problem with it.

So I decided to go with acer once again instead of an Asus Ultrabook, and I regret that decision profoundly. I would think for a company selling such a high end product would provide you with  more support. So far, this is all of what has happened; and keep in mind I have the latest BIOS updates, latest drivers I can find, I don't use windows update I go to the hardware website usually to find the latest drivers.

WiFi Decides to randomly not work with the internal card. I bought an external USB wifi card to remedy this I also get a lot more range.

Bluetooth doesn't work whatsoever. Never has. But the bluetooth mouse that came with it always did, haha.

The fan decides to RANDOMLY make horrible screeching/grinding noises which really makes me mad when I am in the library, it annoys the hell out of me. I am ordering a replacement fan to fix this issue.

The keyboard is very ill designed, if a crumb or anything at all falls into the cracks you aren't going to get it out without disassemblilng the whole laptop.

The touch screen LOVES grease from the keyboard keys. I never use the touchscreen personally.

Not really a hardware issue, but customer support is pretty much non-existant.

So, this thread is pretty much my farewell to Acer, I will be sticking with Asus from now on for Ultrabooks/portability, and I build my own desktops, so that means no more acer products. I just wanted to let Acer know they better step up their game or they will lose more people like me.
