Acer VA70 won't load web pages via wifi

My laptop's wifi drivers are current. It will not load webpages after connecting to my wireless network. This is a known good network (iphones, ipads, macs can connect no problem and load pages). The Acer will connect, but it will not load webpages. Via ethernet, it works fine. No issues. Any ideas?

It can be an IP conflict or missing gateway.

go to control panel > network and internet > Network sharing center

click on your connection > details

take a screenshot of this window and edit your screenshot with paint, hiding Physical address and the last digits after "." (example 10.0.0.xxx) and post it here.

please do also a ping command:

on windows start page (tiles) digit: cmd

    select command prompt

in the command prompt window digit: ping google.com

take a screenshot of this windows too and post it.

(try to crop the images so it would be easily to see text)

    I'm not an Acer employee.
