B276HUL - Humming/vibration noise when displaying text

Hello,

Recived my monitor yesterday and I have discovered a couple of issues

1)

When lifting the monitor it is obvious something is loose inside. There is a clear rattling noise as if a small screw is tumbling back and forth. Other than the issue described below, the monitor appears to be working fine however, and I am unsure whether this is a valid RMA issue?

2)

The monitor is making audible noises when displaying text. No noise is audible when displaying pictures or video.

Specificially it happens when displaying many lines of text in a small font. Particularily in windows explorer when browsing folders with a lot of content in "List" or "Detail" view. The noise is then clearly audible above background noise and hard to ignore. If i resize the explorer windows, the noise is reduced/increases proportionately to the window size. The noise is also audible when browsing web pages with text or editing text documents.

The noise is constant while adjusting contrast or brightness. It is regardless of using DVI or DisplayPort. Have also tried connecting it to another computer with same result.

If I reduce the resolution or use Windows scaling the frequency of the noise changes, but is still audible.

EDIT: Both computers use windows 8. One has a discrete GFX (MSI 760) and the other is a laptop with Intel HD graphics.
