As had been mentioned before by many my AOP framework, and the other Acer Apps often crash.  And it has been happening since day one.  I am very hesitant to place anything on the cloud (BYOC) if I could not get to them often.   So the only way I can give you feedback is thru this forum.  I have  noticed that the Acer Apps are 32 bit where my Acer has a 64 bit processor.  I know it should not matter.......

The entire problem with contacting you via the BYOC Apps is (None of of them work or in other words "crash" themselves because the AOP framework is common to all of them?)
