Hello, today my Switch 10 presents a problem. When I turn off the device, after about twenty seconds it restart again. Instead of being turned off. I had disabled the fast boot of windows (From the very first day when I bought it), and that if I enable the problem does not occur.

But if I try to do a reboot, the system takes about twenty seconds to reboot (for twenty seconds the screen remains black). Before  a full recovery, I would like to know if any of you have the same issue.

Thanks.

When I purchased the switch 10, I can disable the fast boot (only in windows, not bios) because I had some bugs in start-up phase in tablet mode (no keyboard).

All is ok for two months. Yesterday I had this problem, I also appeared on a blue screen during a boot. Then I restored everything to factory settings, and finally everything seems back to normal.

When you say you turned off the fast boot of Windows, I think you are saying either a BIOS setting to display more info while booting or a setting in Windows itself. Is one of those correct?

OK I am glad it's working. I'll try and remember it for the next time someone has that problem!
