Aspire v5-571PG-9814 boot failed

Question

After I install chrome . My acer can't boot or restored . My acer did not boot and I did got solution on it. HELP needed !!!!!!
I did not created DVD or USB backup. I checked the files using cammand from cammand options and find the data are still good in disk.

Does not boot. Stays frozen at "Acer - Explore Beyond Limits" Screen
it says:
then "preparing automatic reparing"
then "digonosing your PC"
then Automatic repair couldn't repare your PCC, Press "Advanced options to try to repair your PC ".
I tried all suggestion using options. but it did not work.

What is wrong, how to solve this problem?
similar to previous post on titled
"Aspire S7 will not boot - frozen on "Acer explore beyond limits" screen. Can't reach BIOS"
 I tried the solution mentioned there, it will not work too.

Thanks for your suggestions.

I tried your suggestions. I did not work. the computer will always go to : "preparing automatic reparing" , just like I mentioned in the first post.

I tried following the recover manager and used the "refresh", also tried "reset", the computer still failed at around 60% during the repairing.

I even tried to start the computer from my USB disk which is a WINpe boot disk. The comupter still go to

"repairing automatic reparing" steps. It never start from my USB disk though I already set BIOS to start from U flash disk.

Could any one know possible solutions?

I wonder there is a virus or not? However how can I install antivirus to the system at the moment? I can only access the comupter via command prompt.

Hi..

You may try the below mentione steps:

During the process, all data stored on your computer will be overwritten. This means all your files, such as email and photos, will be erased. Therefore, we recommend making a backup of all personal data before starting the recovery process..

Please restart the computer.

When the Acer logo appears on the screen (As soon as computer powers on), press and hold the the left Alt key  and tap the F10 key.

Select Keyboard Layout (United States English).

Please select Troubleshoot in Advance Options to choose Reset/ Refresh.
