Monitor loses signal every ten minutes

Hello All,

I have an Aspire AXC600 and the 22 inch monitor. Love the computer, but sometimes while watching Netflix, be it a movie or one of tv programs, the screen will repeatedly cut off every 10 minutes. The movie will reappear only after having shifted the mouse, after which the countdown begins again. The monitor always displays 'no signal'. Strangely, it does not happen all the time. Can anyone shed any light on this situation? Thanks.

    Hi.

    1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click on the Power Options icon.

    2. Click on the Change plan settings link to the right of the power plan that you want to change the settings for. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: Normally you will be changing the power plan that you have selected as your default power plan.

    3. To Only Change the Basic Power Plan Settings

    A) Choose how many minutes to wait for the Turn off display and Put the computer to sleep settings, or select never if you do not want to use a setting. Everything each settings set on NEVER (not the same like on screen)

    C) Close the Power Options window. (See screenshots below step 3)
