    I also am having problems with my B1 720 charging. I can charge it and use it for 15 minutes and it says to charge it battery low. I sent it in for repairs and it came back not fixed at all. Still the same thing. Won't charge or hold charge more than a few minutes. I have to send it back in and she told me that if they can't fix my tablet, to my liking that they can't replace it. That I am stuck with it. And its still under warranty. What is the warrant for any way. If they can't fix it then replace it. I have read a lot of people saying they are having charging problems on the 710 and 720 models. Its bad manufacturing.

    When you sent it in, did you include the power supply? It could be an issue with the supply and not the tablet. Does the supply get hot when you are charging?

    I have used different chargers because I also thought it could be that. But no it don't get hot. And all the chargers will charge it to a full battery but after I unplug it from charging no more than 15 minutes it says low battery and charge it again. I am afraid they can't fix itnamd I am stuck with junk.

    How long will it actually last? It will be good to know if the battery itself is bad or if it's the circuit that measures the battery level.

    It only lasts for 15 minutes. And I have to charge it again

    It sure sounds as if the battery itself is failing. Get back in touch with Acer support and have them fix it.

    I did I have sent it out once and it came back the same as before I sent it in. I am going to send it back again buy doubt that they can fix it
