BAD SERVICE BY ACER Mumbai

This is our worst experience with acer company laptop, as we purchase high brand laptop Model No : E1-572, S/N. NX********, as there were problem with laptop with from 1st day, when it purchase problem in laptop is when we put in sleepmode, it automatically shutdown, while registering complaint no. ******,

This is has to regards, the worst behavior by Engineer who appointed for complaint id ******, engineer visited our office 12th july 2014, saying that problem is in hdd, so hdd need to be replaced to fixed issue, then trying couple of time call to customer care engineer comes to our office on 16th july 2014 with hdd, he given hdd to Mr. Chirag, to format the system and without asking or permission without checking he left the office, this is irresponsiable behavior done by engineer, without knowing call closed or not, while calling him since yesterday, he saying that I am on another call so I can’t come, so that purpose again we call to customer care they saying that hdd has been replace, so call is closed,

This is like wasting of time, why such engineer wasting our time and end of the day problem not get resolved, again customercare asking to log another complaint. Please take serious note about this issue. Waiting for your positive reply.

Still the complaint is pending since engineer visited to our office, engineer visited to our office at 21/07/14 , well he diagnosed the next problem is in motherboard, so if there is problem with motherboard, why engineer experimenting in our office, till the date we followup with customercare no. which is given they saying no part is received, so just wanted to confirm when can our company call will resolved? Is days are passed no action taken till date ?

 

Please take it seriously as we suffer from service ?

Now we are facing new problem today dated 07/08/14, engineer visited to our office he replaced the motherboard, now the new problem has occurred keyboard keys are not working? With new motherboard & with old keyboard as well, after complaining engineer he arguing and told us to speak with Mr. Rahul from (regenersis agency) he specify that problem with keyboard, and we replace the keyboard with 2 to 3 days, but problem is that there were no issue with keyboard previously, so please take it seriously ?

This is our Feedback from our company that, if it is service like this how any customer, or corportate company can faith on your service & product, the agency is not valuing customer satisfaction & time, they are arguing still the problem will resolve, we already loss one & one-half month to followup, stil they not concern ?
