Problem with the National Service Center Acer

My acer aspire one screen broke and as no longer under warranty, and the center does not have the parts. I had to buy the screen and take it to authorized in Venezuela TECNOASIST C.A. center. They received the machine and the new screen in perfect condition. But one day after they called me to say that the screen is broken because of me, which makes no sense. What is the responsibility that corresponds to the center as I autoizado represante Acer? I hope I take responsibility and deliver the repaired equipment. I await your response. Thank you.
