My Aspire V5-573PG cannot on!

Please help! My Aspire V5-573PG cannot on despite being fully charged. The keyboard backlights keep flashingwhen I try to on it. I pressed the battery button thingy at the back of the laptop multiple times already but the problem is not solved. It's new and only two months old. Please help!!!!! D;

Hi,

Remove the battery, disconnect the mains, press power button for 30secs, insert the battery, connect mains and try switching on.

How do I remove the battery? Because there is no latch to remove the battery. There's only one tiny hole that I had to use a small pin to press. And sorry but what's a main?

Yes, you need to remove the back cover to access the battery, mains means the AC adapter connection. If you are not comfortable doing a a disassembly, please contact a professional or the Acer Service centre in your part of the world.
