[Iconia A1-810] - Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped.

Hi,

 

I need help on this. After I installed Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on my Iconia A1-810 tablet, I received the error message below every 3 minutes while reading my Exchange email.

 

Error message: Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped.

 

Below is my tablet specifications.

 

Acer Model: A-1 810 (Acer Iconia A1-810 Tablet)

Android OS: 4.2.2

Kernel version: 3.4.5

 

I searched some suggestions below from other forums and tried but doesn't resolve this issue. I have tried:

 

1) In Application Manager - Clear data & clear cache for Email & Exchange Services

2) Turn off sync calendar and sync contacts in email account setting

3) Set sync schedule to Manual in Sync settings for email account

4) Remove Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync email account and add back again

    Try uninstalling and re-installing.

     

    What version of Android do you have?  Are you sure the App you are loading is compatible?
